A Washington Post analysis reveals that during President Donald Trump’s second term, his administration has been accused of defying or circumventing judicial rulings in more than one-third of the lawsuits it has lost. Out of 337 legal challenges to Trump administration policies, courts have ruled against the administration in 165 cases. In 57 of these—approximately 35%—plaintiffs and judges alike say the administration has engaged in actions that either directly violate court orders or intentionally obstruct judicial oversight.
